My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 256 and 257, September 14 and 15, 2025. *GOD IS, Forgiveness of His Son is How I KNOW THIS!

God is the only goal I have today.

* He is the only reality I care to acknowledge.

1. The way to God is through forgiveness here.

* I forgive belief in separation from GOD and creation which is the representation of His Son in all Its forms.

²There is no other way.

³If sin had not been cherished by the mind, what need would there have been to find the way to where you are?

* Belief in separation from GOD brought fear, which brought guilt and delusional dreams and nightmares. These resulted in the belief in sin, which is ‘separation from GOD.’

⁴Who would still be uncertain?

⁵Who could be unsure of who he is?

⁶And who would yet remain asleep, in heavy clouds of doubt about the holiness of him whom God created sinless?

* “About” yourself or anyone else or any other part of creation.

⁷Here we can but dream.

⁸But we can dream we have forgiven him in whom all sin remains impossible, and it is this we choose to dream today.

* I CLAIM THIS NEW DREAM FOR ME, MY PAST LIVES AND ANCESTORS, AND MY POSTERITY INTO ALL OF ETERNITY THROUGHOUT TIME, SPACE, DIMENSIONS, AND THOUGHT.

⁹God is our goal; forgiveness is the means by which our minds return to Him at last.

* This is where I CHOOSE to reside.

2. And so, our Father, would we come to You in Your appointed way.

²We have no goal except to hear Your Voice, and find the way Your sacred Word has pointed out to us.

* I must be open to the Voice of Father through SPIRIT to HEAR THIS and not claim any one preacher, teacher, public celebrity, or any other kind of powerhouse the world wants to praise TO DO THIS.

My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 257, September 15, 2025.

Let me remember what my purpose is.

* MY PURPOSE IS TO REMEMBER THAT I HAVE FORGIVEN THE SON OF GOD FOR BELIEVING THAT HE COULD BE SEPARATED FROM THE FATHER.

* THIS PURPOSE GIVES ME A WITNESS THAT GOD IS THAT IS LIKE NO OTHER I HAVE EVER KNOWN.

* THIS WITNESS IS THE FOUNDATION OF THE PEACE AND REST THAT I HAVE WITHIN ME THROUGH THE MOST TURBULENT OF TIMES, AS WELL AS THROUGH TIMES OF GREAT JOY.

1. If I forget my goal I can be but confused, unsure of what I am, and thus conflicted in my actions.

²No one can serve contradicting goals and serve them well.

³Nor can he function without deep distress and great depression.

⁴Let us therefore be determined to remember what we want today, that we may unify our thoughts and actions meaningfully, and achieve only what God would have us do this day.

2. Father, forgiveness is Your chosen means for our salvation.

²Let us not forget today that we can have no will but Yours.

³And thus our purpose must be Yours as well, if we would reach the peace You will for us.

* THIS IS A FLUENT, MOVING RELATIONSHIP THAT HAPPENS MOMENT BY MOMENT AND CONSTITUTES ETERNAL LIFE BECAUSE IT RECOGNIZES THE FATHER AND THE SON AS ONE.

* SPIRIT IS HOW I HEAR FATHER’S VOICE MOMENT BY MOMENT AND WHY I CANNOT FORETELL ANY FUTURE, BUT REJOICE AS A CHILD IN THE PRESENCE OF FATHER IN THE LIFE THAT I AM ABLE TO OBSERVE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT HE IS THERE IN IT.
