Whatever suffers is not part of me.
* There is a lot of HURT in the world right now.
* Mind you, this is in the world of delusion that believes itself separate from GOD and itself.
* It is not that we should ignore the hurt and not do our part to repair it or accept it as “natural” or a “consequence of being alive.”
* We want to acknowledge what the Son of God believes it can do to itself in the absence of Father and pray for those who are victims and perpetrators in these ‘roles’ WITHOUT seeing them as a part of reality because GOD IS and NOTHING OPPOSES HYMN, PERIOD.
1. I have disowned the truth.
* Which is GOD’s REALITY and my place in His Sonship that is Christ.
²Now let me be as faithful in disowning falsity.
* I am able to do this when I accept the total forgiveness of the original error of forgetting to laugh at the idea that the Son of God could be separated from the Father.
³Whatever suffers is not part of me.
* This next little bit is going to sound very harsh and un-empathetic. Not caring, even. But this is not so. It is the adjustment that will happen when one understands that GOD TRULY IS WHO JESUS HAS TOLD US HE IS and we are all a part of His Son Who IS IN HIS CARE AND HAS NEVER LEFT. We ONLY dream that we have done so, and the ego part of our minds that we have accepted as real, and as a replacement for GOD says separation is real and we must suffer. YET:
⁴What grieves is not myself.
⁵What is in pain is but illusion in my mind.
⁶What dies was never living in reality, and did but mock the truth about myself.
⁷Now I disown self-concepts and deceits and lies about the holy Son of God.
* I can do this, even while I am living in the false reality of the ego that society has accepted as truth.
⁸Now am I ready to accept him back as God created him, and as he is.
* Do you know what this means? It means that we will know that the WHOLE of CHRIST is as innocent as the instant He was CREATED in the Mind and Will of God.
* This cannot occur without the COMPLETE FORGIVENESS of the belief in separation.
* In other words, when you forgive a particular someone or something, you have ACCEPTED the ego’s story and denied GOD. Whereas, when you recognize that you are in a simulation or a STORY, you understand that you get to accept or reject the circumstances according to ‘which perspective’ or ‘whose eyes’ you wish to look at the world you see. The options are the ego, which was made by the son to replace GOD or God’s eyes AS OUR CREATOR. We WILL BE in our mind’s eye, whichever perspective we give credit to for being our creator. To accept the ego is to say that we created ourselves, and this is FALSE, and leaves us with guilt and a false (distorted) reality.
2. Father, my ancient love for You returns, and lets me love Your Son (*all that is) again as well.
²Father, I am as You created me.
³Now is Your Love remembered, and my own.
⁴Now do I understand that they are one.
