Universal Reading for January 2025 We Decide When, Not What

I have done this reading monthly since I published “Mama’s Christmas Carol” in 2019. It allows me to continue to grow in understanding of the principles that I wrote in this book that the teachings of Jesus led me to.

I offer it to the united consciousness to expand our understanding of our relationship with the Creator and with ourselves, personally and with one another.

There are thirty-six topics that I have listed in Chapter 10 of the book, and three that align with what SPIRIT taught me about the temptations that face humanity (and perhaps, all of consciousness): depression, power-hunger, and addiction. Two of these are found in the first reading of 2026.

I suspect this is telling of the fact that our collective consciousness is willing itself to rise out of the belief that these factors need to remain a part of our societal experience.

1. Depression

This emotional response is a part of our belief in separation from GOD, which leaves us believing that we are existing without the SPIRIT or IN-SPIRATION that allows us to have joy in the moment and confidence that we are being guided into our highest good.

The remedy is to master your thoughts.

In A Course in Miracles (and the BIBLE, once you know what to look for), Jesus teaches that the atonement is the forgiveness of belief in separation from GOD, not ‘forgiving errors brought on by that belief,’ as Christianity and other thought systems have suggested.

This relieves you of belief in the “true eternalness” of the chaos and trauma in the world, because you understand that it is the result of belief in separation from GOD and therefore delusional and correctable once GOD is allowed back into comprehension.

That also relieves one of the needs of guilt, shame, or revenge.

It does not mean that these things do not have to be addressed in the world of confusion that we currently reside in, where belief in separation from GOD is still prevalent, but that they are not as debilitating to our heart and psyche.

AND the joy of the witness that GOD IS cannot be taken away, no matter the circumstances.

Yes, you might cry or be upset with what you see in the world or experience, but you will know that its basis is NOT IN TRUTH because of the witness of SPIRIT within.

Also, I am not telling you to be “nice” or to trust those who present themselves as “nice.” It is often used as a ploy to manipulate and deceive you, allowing you to be taken advantage of.

For some reason over the years, I have people who want to draw me in and find out what brings me joy and then do their best to crush it so that I lose my feeling of joy in that, be it a sunset or a warm breeze.

I am finding that psychologically, I want to release the human behavior of placing memories onto circumstances, situations, or objects and attaching my feeling to said situations.

In the atonement of Christ that removes the belief in separation from GOD I am made aware (over time) by SPIRIT that I have ALL that the Father IS at my disposal for my enjoyment because of the LOVE that Father has for me as part of His Son, which, remember, is all of creation.

Therefore, it has become a 2026 goal of mine to stop the mortal habit of applying memory to things or situations and meet the moment free of history or fear and blemish. Instead, I choose to greet each moment with the fresh eyes of a Child of God knowing that Father is sharing all He is so that He might delight along with me.

Does this mean I will lose memory of everything? No, I hardly think so. But it does mean that “history” will be JUST that, a moment in the story of Christ that may have been joyful or may have been traumatic but that does NOT need to influence or impact the moment I am presently in.

Does this mean that I will not heed warning signs or red flags? No, it means that I will keep my eyes and ears open, trusting the SPIRIT that resides within to direct me and give me insights to be able to meet whatever comes in the future, one moment at a time.

2. You can see their crazy situations, but you cannot change them. You just have to be yourself and shine in the witness of God’s existence moment by moment.

Your existence testifies to God’s. So does theirs.

You are going to be faced with circumstances that stem from others not being able to withstand the energy you send out because you know that GOD IS.

You will find that there are many things that people resort to and accuse you of, BECAUSE they cannot deal with the love you carry and extend to others.

I understand that this seems strange, but it is true. We need to have people who are willing to be faithful and true to their personal witness of GOD and His Love within their own lives, minds, and hearts who do not shrink from the challenges that this presents.

Breathe.

Do what you can to live in the witness and understanding that GOD IS HERE, while the world freaks out around you.

Trust me, you are making a difference and raising the collective consciousness.

Let me be clear that I am NOT asking you to “be nice.” That training has come from those who would put us in an obligated and manipulatable position.

There are those who presently feel that they need to “destroy others” who will prey on you desire to be “nice,” to be “kind.” They will literally BANK on it and believe that they can gain by taking from you.

This is not “Christianity” in its true meaning, though it has been taught to us for decades and even centuries so that we will yield to those who wish to live off of our energetic labors.

We stop this by having healthy boundaries on our own person and that which we have stewardship over at this time. That would be our property, finances, emotions, and voice.

Voice is a huge one because you are the voice for GOD to express the LOVE HE has for His Son and you are the voice for the Son that expresses the joy and LOVE that the Son has for the Father.

Do not let others take this from you. And if you are in circumstances that inhibit your behavior or verbalization, you can hold this in your heart and remember these truths and be a shining light and influence in the collective consciousness. Do not underestimate your authority or power in this.

3. Remove the cloak of guilt and shame. You do not have to wear it.

GOD did not give it to you.

The burden of the chains that the belief in sin has brought into the world is not ours to carry.

Are there things that need to be corrected? YES.

Do they need to be addressed and resolved? YES.

But we need to see it for what it truly is in the eyes of Heavenly Father, and that is the belief in separation from GOD, which is AN IMPOSSIBILITY; the idea that we are on our own, that we can take from another and not lose something of ourselves in the process, and similar ideas that come from this belief are the result OF this impossible belief.

We have the capacity as thinking individuals to change our belief system if we find it to be in err and it is our responsibility AS thinking individuals to BE PERSONALLY RESPONSIBLE for what we believe and how we exercise that belief.

Accepting the forgiveness of separation from the Creator, and seeing Christ as the whole of creation, who is guided by Father through SPIRIT within, will set the framework from which we can be taught by Father, through SPIRIT, as He shows us what it is we believe at the moment by the circumstances and individuals that are allowed to come into our lives.

Freedom means that we may choose the right and truth in GOD, not that we can define what truth and GOD are.

SPIRIT guides each of us and it can be difficult to see those we love make choices that move them away from SPIRIT and into places where they are able to be manipulated and used by those who wish their downfall but that too, is a boundary that we MUST respect, giving one another the right to choose the timing of our deliverance according to the spirit of love that we are willing to allow in our hearts and minds.

So, when someone steps away from the light or causes a challenge in your existence send them loving prayer, as Jesus says, that they might feel the love of Father that you extend to them by respecting yourself and them; that they might come into the remembrance of the joy that Father wishes to bestow on them.

4. Addiction

Did you realize that we, as a human species, are addicted to the belief in separation from God?

It has been fed to the consciousness (truly only a tiny portion of the consciousness, which to us is very expansive) for eons.

We can let go of that addiction by acknowledging GOD HERE AND NOW in the presence of His Son which He sees as all of creation.

All addictions and challenges that face consciousness that have any kind of dark side to them align with this belief.

The things being revealed today in the world that are not so pleasant are being revealed because this construct of separation is finally being lifted from the mind and actions of the Son.

There is hope and there is life in the witness that Christ is ALL of creation and while capable of making mistakes, they are correctable and we will have a brighter vision moment by moment when we understand this.
