My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 294, October 22, 2025. My Body is a Wholly Neutral Thing

My body is a wholly neutral thing.

* Yet, like emotions, it is used to clear out the delusions that belief in separation from God has given a tiny part of the Sonship that is Christ.

1. I am a Son of God.

²And can I be another thing as well?

³Did God create the mortal and corruptible?

* NO. And choice, agency, or freedom does NOT give us the ABILITY to create something outside of GOD. We can manipulate the truth and believe that what is false is true.

⁴What use has God’s beloved Son for what must die?

* Death is a FALSE IDEA the son has made up to prove God does NOT abide in him.

⁵And yet a neutral thing does not see death, for thoughts of fear are not invested there, nor is a mockery of love bestowed upon it.

⁶Its neutrality protects it while it has a use.

* And it’s (the body’s) USE is determined by Heavenly Father according to the Plan of Salvation that He prepared before it was ever needed, for a place that never could have happened.

* We do not fully recall our role in the Plan, but we did agree to it, and we understood that our place in it allowed our soul, and that of those who could relate to it uncover their true identity.

* Jesus and a whole team of spiritual assistance was a part of this before we took upon the bodies that we bear in this lifetime.

* Those who leave us early have done their part in stimulating the ideas that the consciousness needs to look at here in the physical world, and go on to other tasks that help in this great Plan of Redemption.

* Often, a part of them stays with those whom they touched deeply and gives them prompts to help them in their journey and opportunities for growth while still in the body.

⁷And afterwards, without a purpose, it is laid aside.

⁸It is not sick nor old nor hurt.

⁹It is but functionless, unneeded and cast off.

¹⁰Let me not see it more than this today; of service for a while and fit to serve, to keep its usefulness while it can serve, and then to be replaced for greater good.

* I feel it is important to emphasis “for greater good” because it can seem without

reason to us left behind the veil in the physical world.

2. My body, Father, cannot be Your Son.

²And what is not created cannot be sinful nor sinless; neither good nor bad.

* REMEMBER, while it was manifested by a part of the Son to show separation, it can be utilized by SPIRIT to manifest union, communion, and wholeness.

* The act of sexual intimacy can be used for this by SPIRIT, and is why it is so universally belittled, misunderstood, misused, and vilified.

³Let me, then, use this dream to help Your plan that we awaken from all dreams we made.
