My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 290, October 18, 2025. My Present Happiness is All I See

My present happiness is all I see.

* Happiness is knowing GOD and knowing that ALL will come to KNOW HYMN.

* I have to admit that this grounds me tremendously!

1. Unless I look upon what is not there, my present happiness is all I see.

* When I look at the results of our belief in separation and the frustrations, they bring it can be challenging EVEN THOUGH I DO NOT SEE IT AS REAL.

²Eyes that begin to open see at last.

³And I would have Christ’s vision come to me this very day.

* FORGET THAT!!! I WANT GOD’S VISION THAT SEES BEYOND THE SEPARATION AND THE TRUTH THAT WE ARE ALL CONNECTED AND BLESSED BY THE PRESENCE OF GOD ACCORDING TO THE AMOUNT OF LIGHT/KNOWLEDGE OF THIS THAT WE ALLOW TO COME IN.

⁴What I perceive without God’s Own Correction for the sight I made is frightening and painful to behold.

* Yes, however, I have learned that the fear is not real and to have patience with myself while I allow SPIRIT to inspire me, so that I am not trapped by my fear.

⁵Yet I would not allow my mind to be deceived by the belief the dream I made is real an instant longer.

⁶This the day I seek my present happiness, and look on nothing else except the thing I seek.

* AS REAL. As long as any part of the Mind of Christ is caught in the belief in separation, we will have some confusion and the appearance of chaos.

2. With this resolve I come to You, and ask Your strength to hold me up today, while I but seek to do Your Will.

²You cannot fail to hear me, Father.

³What I ask have You already given me.

⁴And I am sure that I will see my happiness today.

* If it were up to me, it would be peace I see, all around the world.

* If it were up to me, abundance is all I’d see, all around the world.

* If it were up to me, healthy choices are all we’d see, all around the world.

* If it were up to me, we would all be free, all around the world.

* Our belief system will provide what we see down the road. So dream a beautiful daydream and know that it will be coming down the road.
