My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 237, August 25, 2025, Now Would I Be as God Created Me

Now would I be as God created me.

* Why would I want to be the ‘monster’ that society or my ego/history has painted me to be?

1. Today I will accept the truth about myself.

* Yes and everyone else.

²I will arise in glory, and allow the light in me to shine upon the world throughout the day.

* Doesn’t this sound like a lot of ‘EGO?’

* It’s not when you see if from the Atonement that gives you the witness that GOD IS and that ALL OF CREATION EVER EXISTING IS THE CHRIST OF WHICH YOU ARE A PART.

³I bring the world the tidings of salvation which I hear as God my Father speaks to me.

* Bear in mind that you bring this JUST BY REMEMBERING IT IN YOUR OWN HEART AND MIND.

⁴And I behold the world that Christ would have me see, aware it ends the bitter dream of death; aware it is my Father’s Call to me.

* EH, NOPE. That ‘GOD’ would have me see. Christ mind is part of what I am. I understand I am ‘splitting hairs’ here, but it is important. You want to see the world that FATHER would have you see.

2. Christ is my eyes today, and He the ears that listen to the Voice for God today.

* NO, do not confuse yourself with that because like the next sentence says, you are part of the Christ. Let FATHER be your eyes. YOU as the observer of the life you are living will see God there if you give yourself a chance to and listen to Father through SPIRIT within you.

²Father, I come to You through Him Who is Your Son, and my true Self as well.

* NO, not through Him Who is Your Son but as Him Who is Your Son, as the latter part expresses.

³Amen.
