My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook and Lesson 219, August 7, 2025, *If I am Not a Body but an Eternal Essence of the Effect of the One Original Universal God on His Son in this Moment, How am I Showing Up? What is the Energy that I am Putting Out?

I am not a body.

I am free.
For I am still as God created me.

1. (199) I am not a body.

²I am free.

³I am God’s Son.

⁴Be still, my mind, and think a moment upon this.

⁵And then return to earth, without confusion as to what my Father loves forever as His Son.

* What do you want to feel like? Father wants to bless you. Do not add parameters that define it. Do not hold on to what does not fit. You cannot be separated from anyone or anything, so be willing to bless people and situations and send them on their way.
* Follow the path that SPIRIT is leading you on. You will know what this means, relax, and do it. You are meant to be abundant and have joy, inside and out.
