My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 164, June 13, 2025, Now Are We One with Him Who is Our Source

Now are we one with Him Who is our Source.

* Five years into the Atonement, I am in another phase of comprehending what this means in my life. God is in all things; therefore, anything can be His speaking to us. Maybe, all things are.

* Discerning, or trusting, the ability to know if what comes in our sphere of attention is from separation or Right-mindedness might be a muscle that grows over time. Will there be a time when we trust it as Right-mindedness regardless of the intent of the other? A time/non-time when the intentions of others do not segue into our experience at all? Hmm.

* I cannot imagine that there is a time when I am not to respond as a voice for God to the injustices that are still in the world. I want to do so without believing they are real and in love, not fear. The gift of discernment can make you look like a “know-it-all”, which is not so cool with others.

* This reminds me of “New Moon” in the “Twilight Saga.” That time of indecision about the change that is inevitable in our destiny. I am watching the series to help me chill and to give myself some balance with my feelings for Elon.

* Because of how I grow in my walk, I invite a lot of mockery that I pick up on. I do not wish to do anything to make my testimony less real or helpful for others. I have to trust that my openness is part of the assistance that I am able to offer others.

* Am I showing how you go through the shadows or how to manifest a new reality? Maybe, it is not for me to ‘worry’ about. All things are mine, within. I lack nothing, including company and closeness, and the right to dream or desire.

* These Workbook Lessons help me stay on track, as does my study of the Text.

* I am finding myself looking for the psychic readings of those two girls routinely.

* I stopped following them to give myself a break and restore my confidence that it is SPIRIT that I am listening to, and not my wishful thinking.

* I may go back to them in a few days. I will let SPIRIT guide me. Maybe I will listen to them once a week and look for confirmations, which it mostly is anyway.

* Sometimes I am not certain that I know the ‘who’ they may be speaking of, and I need to be careful NOT to cast it over the wrong individual. Do you see what I mean?

* Otherwise, it would become a crutch that could be used by egoic fear to trip me up.

1. What time but now can truth be recognized?

* I do not use the psychic readings to foresee the future. I listen for affirmations and further guidance from SPIRIT about things I may have overlooked. I have to tell you that I do not recall a time I have ever received so many accolades (compliments) from the world of form. It is a bit foreign to me.

²The present is the only time there is.

* Jesus and quantum physics teach us that all things are happening now.

³And so today, this instant, now, we come to look upon what is forever there; not in our sight, but in the eyes of Christ.

* Hmm. “The eyes of Christ.” Christ or Father? Would one not be the same as the other, and would not form or the manifestation of desire be equal to Father creating the Son, inasmuch that when we acknowledge Father, we are also acknowledging our creations to which we have given our ALL, and might delight in? My babes have never left my loving heart or arms, nor have the ones I have ever considered mine for a moment. No matter what they have done in the illusion of separation. Yes, I mean that for ALL and EACH ONE.

⁴He looks past time, and sees eternity as represented there.

⁵He hears the sounds the senseless, busy world engenders, yet He hears them faintly.

⁶For beyond them all He hears the song of Heaven, and the Voice for God more clear, more meaningful, more near.

2. The world fades easily away before His sight.

²Its sounds grow dim.

* They are there but their value as being real in any way besides to send messages from Father, fade. And I see each form as a bit of the Son of God, even that which appears to be “empty.” (Here is where other dimensions lie.)

³A melody from far beyond the world increasingly is more and more distinct; an ancient call to which He gives an ancient answer.

* Is this the peace I feel inside, or could it be the harmony of the body of Christ in God’s Grace?

⁴You will recognize them both, for they are but your answer to your Father’s Call to you.

* Is it not all one and the same?

⁵Christ answers for you, echoing your Self, using your voice to give His glad consent; accepting your deliverance for you.

3. How holy (*WHOLE, COMPLETE. HEALED) is your practicing today, as Christ gives you His sight and hears for you, and answers in your name the Call He hears!

* The “Call” from our Father, in the minds of the Christ within the Mind of the Father, WHO MAKES US ONE, never having division except in delusion and confusion.

²How quiet is the time you give to spend with Him, beyond the world.

³How easily are all your seeming sins forgot, and all your sorrows unremembered.

⁴On this day is grief laid by, for sights and sounds that come from nearer than the world are clear to you who will today accept the gifts He gives.

* The “clairs” would be here, including discernment and any other form of divination or revelation. Note that these grow as they are witnessed and exercised.

4. There is a silence into which the world can not intrude.

* Here is the meaning of “silence” in the spiritual sense, meaning that the sounds of the world’s thinking in separation are not allowed to penetrate.

²There is an ancient peace you carry in your heart and have not lost.

* We all have it. We just want to learn to trust it and we will carry it with us in our consciousness, step by step.

³There is a sense of holiness (*WHOLENESS, COMPLETENESS, WELLNESS) in you the thought of sin has never touched.

⁴All this today you will remember.

* IF YOU HAVE FORGIVEN THE SON OF THE ORIGINAL ERROR THAT LED TO THE BELIEF IN SEPARATION FROM GOD.

⁵Faithfulness in practicing today will bring rewards so great and so completely different from all things you sought before, that you will know that here your treasure is, and here your rest.

5. This is the day when vain imaginings part like a curtain, to reveal what lies beyond them.

²Now is what is really there made visible, while all the shadows which appeared to hide it merely sink away.

³Now is the balance righted, and the scale of judgment left to Him (Father, through SPIRIT within) Who judges true.

⁴And in His judgment will a world unfold in perfect innocence before your eyes.

* I think what I am hoping for is the opportunity to live in form and see this manifest in my existence. Volunteering at the shelter, the cats are doing a lot to help me “see” this. It is part of my daydream with ‘you know who,’ to see this in his children, especially the ones younger than eight. Well, you get the idea, I hope.

⁵Now will you see it with the eyes of Christ.

* Even as a part of Christ, through the gift of the EYES of God, is my understanding.

⁶Now is its transformation clear to you.

6. Brother, this day is sacred to the world.

²Your vision, given you from far beyond all things within the world, looks back on them in a new light.

* As you stay certain that it is HIS Eyes you look through.

³And what you see becomes the healing and salvation of the world.

* It would be the ‘light’ spoken of.

⁴The valuable and valueless are both perceived and recognized for what they are.

* Wholeness and separation are discerned, and you recognize what YOU have chosen to be real by choosing Father.

⁵And what is worthy of your love receives your love, while nothing to be feared remains.

7. We will not judge today.

²We will receive but what is given us from judgment made beyond the world.

* AS REAL.

* That does not mean that we do not have a voice in the governing of our society as a whole, nor that our voices, individually, do not need to be heard and stand for unity, common sense, and equality in freedom for all.

³Our practicing today becomes our gift of thankfulness for our release from blindness and from misery.

⁴All that we see will but increase our joy, because its holiness reflects our own.

⁵We stand forgiven in the sight of Christ, with all the world forgiven in our own.

⁶We bless the world, as we behold it in the light in which our Savior (*The Whole Body of Christ as He looks through the eyes of Father.). looks on us, and offer it the freedom given us through His forgiving vision, not our own.

Do not EVER put the Son before the FATHER. NEVER! This has too long been a trick of the false “will” created through belief in The Separation/Fall.

8. Open the curtain in your practicing by merely letting go all things you think you want.

²Your trifling treasures put away, and leave a clean and open space within your mind where Christ can come, and offer you the treasure of salvation.

* Where the witness of Father can come THROUGH the WHOLENESS that is THE CHRIST/CREATION, AS HIS SON.

³He has need of your most holy (*witness of the WHOLENESS THAT IS CHRIST/CREATION) mind to save the world.

⁴Is not this purpose worthy to be yours?

⁵Is not Christ’s vision worthy to be sought above the world’s unsatisfying goals?

9. Let not today slip by without the gifts it holds for you receiving your consent and your acceptance.

* Gifts of discernment and the revelation of the innocence of creation.

²We can change the world, if you acknowledge them.

* It is happening before our eyes. Forgive the original error of belief

in separation so that you might see it more clearly.

³You may not see the value your acceptance gives the world.

⁴But this you surely want; you can exchange all suffering for joy this very day.

* I walk in this, as I walk in meditation on God step by step, breath by breath.

⁵Practice in earnest, and the gift is yours.

⁶Would God deceive you?

⁷Can His promise fail?

⁸Can you withhold so little, when His Hand holds out complete salvation to His Son?
