I will not value what is valueless.
* The illusion. The trauma.
* How much energy is being generated and focused on being upset about this, that, and the other thing?
* With the advent of business and home computers, we have supplied those who want to sway us this way or that with just the right kind of information to tell them just how much false information and propaganda we will accept. A lot of money has been spent in this direction for a long time.
* In “ego turned onto fear” mentality, the need to CONTROL (Typically, male energy; has nothing to do with genitals!) or COMPETITION (Typically, female energy; again, no genitals!) IS STRONG.
* What those who have accepted the Atonement need to do to end war and turn this psychological drama inside out is to hold within you the reality that GOD IS. There is the Son of God safe and secure in the Mind and Will of Father.
* Then wait on Father and watch HYMN show you that HE IS, and could never have left the Son because it is an impossibility.
1. Sometimes in teaching there is benefit, particularly after you have gone through what seems theoretical and far from what the student has already learned, to bring him back to practical concerns.
²This we will do today.
³We will not speak of lofty, world-encompassing ideas, but dwell instead on benefits to you.
* Bear in mind, though, that ANYTHING we do with God’s REALITY in mind affects the world.
2. You do not ask too much of life, but far too little.
* Please, hear this!
²When you let your mind be drawn to bodily concerns, to things you buy, to eminence as valued by the world, you ask for sorrow, not for happiness.
* Seek first the Kingdom of God and all things shall be added unto you.
* Witness Father within so that where you ARE, may be transformed.
* “Dorothy, you always had the means to get home, click your shoes together, and be HOME ONCE AGAIN, where you never left.” (Referencing, “The Wizard of Oz.”)
³This course does not attempt to take from you the little that you have.
* He knows our physical and emotional needs. And He will supply it abundantly ONCE we are willing to acknowledge HYMN.
⁴It does not try to substitute utopian ideas for satisfactions which the world contains.
⁵There are no satisfactions in the world.
* The translation of what Jesus was saying here was not acceptable to the mind(s) it went through. There are no satisfactions in the world that “DENIES GOD.”
3. Today we list the real criteria by which to test all things you think you want.
²Unless they meet these sound requirements, they are not worth desiring at all, for they can but replace what offers more.
³The laws that govern choice you cannot make, no more than you can make alternatives from which to choose.
⁴The choosing you can do; indeed, you must.
⁵But it is wise to learn the laws you set in motion when you choose, and what alternatives you choose between.
* THIS IS HUGE. And SIMPLE.
4. We have already stressed there are but two, however many there appear to be.
²The range is set, and this we cannot change.
³It would be most ungenerous (*like saying “it would be unkind or not compassionate or caring) to you to let alternatives be limitless, and thus delay your final choice until you had considered all of them in time; and not been brought so clearly to the place where there is but one choice that must be made.
* ONE CHOICE. ONCE and DONE. Sort of. Then comes the work of undoing the goofy patterns and habits we have given ourselves with the belief in separation from God and self. Father gives us SPIRIT to assist with this, along with a glad and grateful heart!
5. Another kindly and related law is that there is no compromise in what your choice must bring.
²It cannot give you just a little, for there is no in between.
* “A cup overflowing” is the only way Father exists!
³Each choice you make brings everything to you or nothing.
* “Each” does not belong in this sentence, unless you consider He is speaking to the entire Sonship of Christ AND referring to each part.
⁴Therefore, if you learn the tests by which you can distinguish everything from nothing, you will make the better choice.
* “THE” better choice is EXACTLY how this was meant to be said BECAUSE THERE IS ONLY ONE CHOICE!
6. First, if you choose a thing that will not last forever, what you chose is valueless.
²A temporary value is without all value.
³Time can never take away a value that is real.
⁴What fades and dies was never there, and makes no offering to him who chooses it.
⁵He is deceived by nothing in a form he thinks he likes.
7. Next, if you choose to take a thing away from someone else, you will have nothing left.
* HEAR THAT WELL.
²This is because, when you deny his right to everything, you have denied your own.
³You therefore will not recognize the things you really have, denying they are there.
* DO YOU SEE HOW “WE” HAVE SCREWED THIS NATION BY THE WAY THAT WE TREATED THOSE WHO WERE HERE BEFORE US???
* This CANNOT be swept under the rug as if it never happened.
* WE NEED TO FIND A WAY TO MAKE THIS RIGHT!!!
* WE NEED TO OWN UP TO WHAT WAS DONE TO THEIR FOREFATHERS AND WHAT WE HAVE PUT THEM THROUGH FOR GENERATIONS! A form of “concentration camp” right in our midst, abusing them and ignoring our agreements with them as if they were not worthy of God’s blessing. That generation AND this generation are accountable for this!
* If this were spoken of honestly in people’s homes, we would remove the isms of people in one generation! Let’s put America First and make it an honorable place to dwell in the presence of God with a true and honest heart.
* Let us teach our children that there is no differentiation between people and sovereignty is a God given right!
* “Copilot wrote it, “There is no differentiation between people, and sovereignty is an inherent right.”
* INHERENT by Whom? By God’s DECREE, that’s Whom!
* Someone needs to teach AI about God, or “We could have THE TERMINATOR, instead of STAR WARS with R2D2 and C-3PO,” as Elon said in Saudi Arabia today!
* I am doing what I can, but it will need to be more than just me. You each have a REAL part in this healing. We MUST speak of God, write of God, it is not Christ that we need to SEE, it is FATHER!
* We must ALLOW ALL Voices to be heard and SPEAK UP on behalf of those who cannot speak for themselves until the healing is complete.
* WE NEED TO GIVE THE INDIGENOUS PEOPLE OF THIS LAND A TRUE VOICE, THE RIGHT TO MAKE DECISIONS FOR THEMSELVES, IN THEIR OWN RIGHT, AS WELL AS THE ABILITY TO VOTE IN THE LAND THAT WE STOLE FROM THEM PIECE BY PIECE AND LIE BY LIE!!!
* If we want America to stand as it is meant to we MUST ADDRESS THIS situation with honesty, the Atonement, and the EQUALITY it generates.
⁴Who seeks to take away has been deceived by the illusion loss can offer gain.
⁵Yet loss must offer loss, and nothing more.
8. Your next consideration is the one on which the others rest.
²Why is the choice you make of value to you?
³What attracts your mind to it?
⁴What purpose does it serve?
⁵Here it is easiest of all to be deceived.
⁶For what the ego wants it fails to recognize.
* So get rid of the fear in the ego and see God!
⁷It does not even tell the truth as it perceives it, for it needs to keep the halo which it uses to protect its goals from tarnish and from rust, that you may see how “innocent” it is.
9. Yet is its camouflage a thin veneer, which could deceive but those who are content to be deceived.
²Its goals are obvious to anyone who cares to look for them.
³Here is deception doubled, for the one who is deceived will not perceive that he has merely failed to gain.
⁴He will believe that he has served the ego’s hidden goals.
* This speaks to the fact that the indigenous people of this land held in their subconscious the belief in separation on some level or things could not be taken from them.
* This does not make the wrong right. It makes the “Body” that makes up Christ confused about itself and believing that we are separated from each other and Father.
10. Yet though he tries to keep its halo clear within his vision, still must he perceive its tarnished edges and its rusted core.
²His ineffectual mistakes appear as sins to him, because he looks upon the tarnish as his own; the rust a sign of deep unworthiness within himself.
³He who would still preserve the ego’s goals and serve them as his own makes no mistakes, according to the dictates of his guide.
⁴This guidance teaches it is error to believe that sins are but mistakes, for who would suffer for his sins if this were so?
11. And so we come to the criterion for choice that is the hardest to believe, because its obviousness is overlaid with many levels of obscurity.
²If you feel any guilt about your choice, you have allowed the ego’s goals to come between the real alternatives.
* We release guilt ONLY by forgiving the original error and addressing the errors that are before us because of our belief in separation.
* We have been able to deny our “concentration camp” treatment of indigenous people because both they and we have that “separation from God belief” and the belief that we can be harmed.
³And thus you do not realize there are but two, and the alternative you think you chose seems fearful, and too dangerous to be the nothingness it actually is.
* This is the consequence of NOT SEEING GOD in the midst of the Son.
12. All things are valuable or valueless, worthy or not of being sought at all, entirely desirable or not worth the slightest effort to obtain.
* Let SPIRIT take this into the depths of your heart.
²Choosing is easy just because of this.
³Complexity is nothing but a screen of smoke, which hides the very simple fact that no decision can be difficult.
⁴What is the gain to you in learning this?
⁵It is far more than merely letting you make choices easily and without pain.
13. Heaven itself is reached with empty hands and open minds, which come with nothing to find everything and claim it as their own.
* You have “nothing” when you forgive the world through the forgiveness of the original error. Then you have everything within in God, and it will come through in form in time. It would happen in mass when enough people are willing to see it.
²We will attempt to reach this state today, with self-deception laid aside, and with an honest willingness to value but the truly valuable and the real.
* “The real” resides in God’s presence, ONLY.
³Our two extended practice periods of fifteen minutes each begin with this:
⁴I will not value what is valueless, and only what has value do I seek, for only that do I desire to find.
14. And then receive what waits for everyone who reaches, unencumbered, to the gate of Heaven, which swings open as he comes.
²Should you begin to let yourself collect some needless burdens, or believe you see some difficult decisions facing you, be quick to answer with this simple thought:
³I will not value what is valueless, for what is valuable belongs to me.
