Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.
* This is 17paragraphs.
* I am not going to turn from the indigenous people scenario I spoke of with Lesson 131, and the implications of how this would look in form.
1. Let us review the meaning of “forgive,” for it is apt to be distorted and to be perceived as something that entails an unfair sacrifice of righteous wrath, a gift unjustified and undeserved, and a complete denial of the truth.
²In such a view, forgiveness must be seen as mere eccentric folly, and this course appear to rest salvation on a whim.
2. This twisted view of what forgiveness means is easily corrected, when you can accept the fact that pardon is not asked for what is true.
²It must be limited to what is false.
³It is irrelevant to everything except illusions.
* First of all, (“Break it down to its core.”) there is NO OPPOSITION TO GOD. EVER: THAT IS REAL.
* Forgiveness of the “original error” as taught by Jesus in the Atonement covers this and releases you from the belief in the opposite. THIS establishes in YOUR mind what is truth and what is NOT.
* Second, (“What are the fundamental pieces.) There was one teeny, tiny thought that crossed a teensy part of the mind of Christ that forgot to laugh at the idea of separation from God and manifested itself into IMAGINED BELIEF separate from God. THIS is manifest (SEEN) in all parts of Christ Consciousness, where we perceive ANY form of separation. (I do not support the idea of duality in any other way than the symbiotic RELATIONSHIP between the FATHER AND the Son. This is the only “differential” that I acknowledge as REAL. “True” creation and manifestation of form, thought, circumstance, or ideology is simply THAT SACRED RELATIONSHIP CELEBRATING ONE ANOTHER symbiotically as if it were duality, so, enmeshed it IS ONE.)
⁴Truth is God’s creation, and to pardon that is meaningless.
* Therefore, it is not the manifestation, whatever it may be, that we are forgiving.
* It is “the removal of the belief, and ultimate appearance of, God’s separateness” that we NEED TO FORGIVE as part of that belief system of separation. ONLY FROM THERE can we truly clean up the “circumstances” that have arisen from that belief within the experience of Christ Consciousness.
⁵All truth belongs to Him (*GOD), reflects His laws and radiates His Love.
* One of His “laws” is abundance for all, whatever that means to the individual or any collective.
* This might be a basis of negotiations for reconciliation with the indigenous people of the USA, focusing on current prospects rather than adjusting something that cannot be “undone.”
⁶Does this need pardon?
⁷How can you forgive the sinless and eternally benign? (*benign = gentle and kindly, not harmful)
* I propose that it takes two parts of the mind of Christ to agree in separation from God for trauma to manifest in form. We each have a role in preventing further trauma, just as we each had a part in creating it.
* Bear in mind that your desire to see another “suffer” could manifest in the collective consciousness of this world in any “space” or ‘’time.”
* Meaning, we have a direct connection to people dying in the war in Ukraine, as we wish harm or “karma” on ANYONE!
3. The major difficulty that you find in genuine forgiveness on your part is that you still believe you must forgive the truth, and not illusions.
²You conceive of pardon as a vain attempt to look past what is there (*WHAT YOU BELIEVE “IS” THERE, Atonement clears this up); to overlook the truth, in an unfounded effort to deceive yourself by making an illusion true.
³This twisted viewpoint but reflects the hold that the idea of sin retains (*keeps or holds) as yet upon your mind, as you regard yourself.
4. Because you think your sins are real, you look on pardon as deception.
* After all, we have allowed “all have sinned” to be shoved down our throats from many directions for eons, throughout MANY lifetimes, if not on this planet, then another dimension or universe.
* Inside, we know “sin” or opposition to God WOULD be worthy of death because God is God: HAD HE AN EGO, or FALSE IMAGE OF HYMNSELF, LIKE HUMANITY DOES.
* THIS IS AN IMPOSSIBILITY, AND THAT IMPOSSIBILITY IS PART OF WHAT “MAKES HYMN GOD.”
²For it is impossible to think of sin as true and not believe forgiveness is a lie.
* This is a fact, whether you recognize it or not.
³Thus is forgiveness really but a sin, like all the rest.
* OUCH!
⁴It says the truth is false, and smiles on the corrupt as if they were as blameless as the grass; as white as snow.
* Aha! This is the psychological mentality that has been allowed to permeate amongst the leadership around the world through the misinterpretation of the concepts that Jesus was sharing with Helen Schucman and William Thetford, which was edited through the mind of Kenneth Wapnick, by his admission, “word for word.”
* Like our forefathers who shafted the indigenous people of the American continent over and over again without conscience or remorse, and therefore without any thought of integrity, restitution, or accountability, we have been played and misused as a nation.
* Our boundaries and values have been thrown to the wind as irrelevant and inconsequential by key leaders in the recent decades.
* You cannot build a nation or an individual life on a major narcissistic attitude, fraught with gaslighting and denial. It must be seen, stated clearly, known to be something that we do not want, and is NOT a part of what we truly are as part of the body of Christ. Only then can we join WITH GOD flowing between us as we listen to SPIRIT within that says ALL ARE WORTHY, EQUALLY, to EXPRESSION OF EXISTENCE INDIVIDUALLY, AS COLLECTIVES, AND WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE WHOLE CONSCIOUSNESS THAT IS CHRIST AND CREATION, IE. FATHER’S SON.
* Do we continue this pattern?
* Can any or all of the “unfairness” be corrected in reality?
* NO, because the trauma has been experienced and passed down throughout generations.
* The ONLY thing to “clear things up” is to SEE GOD THROUGH THE LENS OF THE FORGIVENESS OF THE ATONEMENT, “erasing” the error by forgiveness of belief in the original error, while acknowledging that IT OCCURRED IN the nightmare of separation from God, and moving forward with the process of reconciliation and the removal of thought patterns, behaviors, and symbols that promote separation rather than individualization and sovereignty.
⁵It is delusional in what it thinks it can accomplish.
⁶It would see as right the plainly wrong; the loathsome as the good.
* Theft of others’ identities on any level or sphere is loathsome, abhorrent, and WRONG!
5. Pardon is no escape in such a view.
²It merely is a further sign that sin is unforgivable, at best to be concealed, denied or called another name, for pardon is a treachery to truth.
³Guilt cannot be forgiven.
⁴If you sin, your guilt is everlasting.
* Jesus does say that this would be true IF it had ANY BEARING IN TRUTH.
* In other words, IF sin could be REAL, your GUILT would be everlasting.
⁵Those who are forgiven from the view their sins are real are pitifully mocked and twice condemned; first, by themselves for what they think they did, and once again by those who pardon them.
* How do we hide this? Through all kinds of costumes containing “bullying” by control or competition.
6. It is sin’s unreality that makes forgiveness natural and wholly sane, a deep relief to those who offer it; a quiet blessing where it is received.
²It does not countenance illusions, but collects them lightly, with a little laugh, and gently lays them at the feet of truth.
³And there they disappear entirely.
7. Forgiveness is the only thing that stands for truth in the illusions of the world.
* This is misleading because it suggests that forgiveness exists within the illusion, and I do NOT find that to be the teaching of Jesus here.
* True forgiveness clears the slate and puts you in the mindset of listening and seeing through SPIRIT as you still walk in the midst of delusional fabrications we call the world.
* I would prefer it to say DENIAL is the only thing that stands for truth in the illusions of the world. (DENIAL could be SEEN as forgiveness, honestly, but do you “feel” the subtle and distinct difference?)
* It is DENIAL of the ILLUSION’s REALITY or ABILITY TO INFLICT LASTING PAIN on the mind of Christ that we must walk in. This we may do BECAUSE of the SPIRIT that is of God within us.
²It sees their (* the delusions appearing real in the illusion of separation from God) nothingness, and looks straight through the thousand forms in which they may appear (*Seeing Father and Son united eternally, instead.).
³It looks on lies, but it is not deceived.
* I prefer, “It looks on the confusion of the Son and knows that while it is possible for the Son to make a mistake, it is NOT sin and IT IS CORRECTABLE.”
* Do you HEAR a difference in attitude between the two statements?
⁴It does not heed the self-accusing shrieks of sinners mad with guilt.
⁵It looks on them with quiet eyes (*AND a compassionate heart), and merely says to them, “My brother, what you think is not the truth.”
8. The strength of pardon is its honesty, which is so uncorrupted that it sees illusions as illusions, not as truth.
* This opens the doorway to the Joy of Heaven within one’s heart.
²It (*DENIAL of error after the forgiveness of the original error, with the assistance of SPIRIT.) is because of this that it becomes the undeceiver in the face of lies; the great restorer of the simple truth.
* IE, GOD’S CONSTANT PRESENCE.
* How could one fear, in reality? Though one may still “FEEL” fear, one knows that it is part of the delusion of the illusion. 
³By its ability to overlook what is not there, it opens up the way to truth, which has been blocked by dreams of guilt.
* You do not “overlook it” as if it were real, NOR with the idea that NOTHING AT ALL IS REAL, but with the understanding that GOD, ALONE, REPRESENTS WHAT IS REAL.
* This means that you are able to “look over or beyond” the error and with the eyes and ears Father gives you through SPIRIT, and listen to the guidance from HYMN for that moment, instance, and circumstance.
⁴Now are you free to follow in the way your true forgiveness opens up to you.
* BULLSHIT!!!
* Now are you free to follow Father’s Guidance through SPIRIT. Which is not at all what that statement sounds like.
⁵For if one brother has received this gift of you, the door is open to yourself.
* If one brother has been able to receive the light of understanding that GOD IS, that door in more clearly manifest to you.
9. There is a very simple way to find the door to true forgiveness, and perceive it open wide in welcome.
* NOT IF YOU THINK IT MUST BE DONE, CIRCUMSTANCE, BY CIRCUMSTANCE, PERSON, BY PERSON, OR IDEOLOGY BY IDEOLOGY THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH!!!
²When you feel that you are tempted to accuse someone of sin in any form, do not allow your mind to dwell on what you think he did, for that is self-deception.
* This statement is correct on its own, but NOT if it is taken as a door to true forgiveness!!!
* ONLY the forgiveness of the original error honors that and places you at the gate of Heaven.
³Ask instead, “Would I accuse myself of doing this?”
* Do you hear ego talking to ego here? It is pretty clear to me. “I” is the only thing that is allowed in this context. Hmm.
10. Thus will you see alternatives for choice in terms that render choosing meaningful, and keep your mind as free of guilt and pain as God Himself intended it to be, and as it is in truth.
* Do you see the subtle error in that statement? YOU are doing the work. YOU, then, are due the congratulations for following God’s instruction. That is NOT the same thing as being in God as part of His Son.
* Consider this, “Thus you will allow Father to assist in inspiration as you choose to receive it, perhaps from Allah, Buddha, Tom, Dick, Jane, Jesus, Abraham Hicks, the Zee’s, or Erik, with a “k.”
* The means have no end, whereas the recognition of Divinity is SINGULAR for both you and the Creator, NO MATTER WHAT PATH YOU CHOOSE TO EXPRESS IT.
* No guilt, oppression, or judgment will be seen in any chosen path.
* Acknowledgment of the One Original Universal Creator is how we are free to extend freedom to all of the Sonship of Christ/Creation.
²It is but lies that would condemn.
³In truth is innocence the only thing there is. 
⁴Forgiveness (*the DENIAL that comes from true forgiveness) stands between illusions and the truth; between the world you see and that which lies beyond; between the hell of guilt and Heaven’s gate.
11. Across this bridge, as powerful as love (*GOD) which laid its blessing on it, are all dreams of evil and of hatred and attack brought silently to truth.
²They are not kept to swell and bluster, and to terrify the foolish dreamer who believes in them.
³He has been gently wakened from his dream by understanding what he thought he saw was never there.
* He, his, he, he, where the hell is GOD???
* It is seeing God that awakens you from the dream of separation from HYMN.
* Anything else is only the foolery of the fearful and guilty ego.
⁴And now he cannot feel that all escape has been denied to him.
* He WILL IF HE DOES NOT SEE GOD BECAUSE THE ONLY THING HE HAS TO HIDE BEHIND IS THE COSTUME THAT HE PUTS UP IN FEAR TO TELL THE WORLD HE DOES NOT FEAR ANYTHING.
* HE KNOWS HE DOES NOT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO FORGIVE ANYTHING, AND IF GOD IS NOT ACCEPTED, IT IS ONLY A SHAM, ANOTHER FORM OF ILLUSION.
12. He does not have to fight to save himself.
* He doesn’t have to steal from others because he fears that he will lack because he “knows” he is not worthy of the best his heart can imagine and more.
* IF he can see others as less than himself, he can feel a temporary relief focusing on ensuring their misery, as if the lack will not consume him after all.
* This, again, is the current AND historical “story” of America. It does NOT have to stay that way.
* Below are some practical ideas for establishing a foundation that we can all be proud of and participate in.
²He does not have to kill the dragons which he thought pursued him.
* He does not have to place blinders on himself that bind him to karma, that he thinks he has denied, by not seeing his neighbor as himself.
³Nor need he erect the heavy walls of stone and iron doors he thought would make him safe.
* There is safety in the remembrance of GOD.
⁴He can remove the ponderous and useless armor made to chain his mind to fear and misery.
* We will no longer need to see war as an option when we know that GOD IS.
⁵His step is light, and as he lifts his foot to stride ahead a star is left behind, to point the way to those who follow him (* As he remembers that God IS.)
13. Forgiveness must be practiced, for the world cannot perceive its meaning, nor provide a guide to teach you its beneficence.
* WRONG!
* Forgiveness is a DECISION TO SEE GOD. PERIOD.
* It is accepting responsibility for ALL that you have EVER believed to be a part of your horror of separation from God!
* ANYTHING SHORT OF THAT IS A LIE!
²There is no thought in all the world that leads to any understanding of the laws it follows, nor the Thought that it reflects.
* True enough, because the Thought that it reflects is the face of Christ, SAFE AND SOUND IN THE MIND AND WILL OF GOD.
³It is as alien to the world as is your own reality.
* This is a truth the world, separated from God supports and how the Course has been taught for fifty years.
⁴And yet it joins your mind with the reality in you.
14. Today we practice true forgiveness, that the time of joining be no more delayed.
* IT IS AS EASY AS THAT, BUT IT WAS NOT DONE, THE FIRST 45 YEARS OF THE COURSE.
²For we would meet with our reality in freedom and in peace.
* I live this today. You do not have to believe me. Your disbelief does not make it not so.
* Go ahead and read the rest of the lesson as it is written through minds that have no idea of God’s Presence, much less their own.
* Then I am going to tell you how to take the principles I understand and set the world on the trajectory of freedom for all.
* Be prepared to release any judgments and trust (or at least hope) in God, or it will not work.
* However, IF THERE ARE ENOUGH WILLING TO BELIEVE THAT GOD JUST MIGHT BE REAL OR EVEN DESIRE IT TO BE, WE WOULD TURN THINGS AROUND IN A YEAR (or two), BECAUSE WE WOULD STAND BEFORE GOD, AND GIVE HIM AND OUR BROTHERS OUR ALL, WITHOUT GIVING UP ANYTHING, GAINING EVERYTHING, INCLUDING HEAVEN AND ETERNAL LIFE.
³Our practicing becomes the footsteps lighting up the way for all our brothers, who will follow us to the reality we share with them.
* I KNOW THIS WOULD BE SO, NOT BY DOING WHAT THE LESSON SAYS, BY MAKING AFFIRMATIVE ACTION IN ACCEPTING FORGIVENESS, GOD’S REALITY, OUR ACCOUNTABILITY, SEEING OUR BROTHERS AS BROTHERS BY WORD, DEED, AND CELEBRATION, AS THE LESSON WAS INTENDED TO SUGGEST.
* As the LIGHT GOES UP among those who at least hope God is real, the darkness will be exposed to so much light it will not be able to remain in the dark for long.
* America is poised to be a leader in this responsibility; let us not shirk our responsibility and hide our face from God and His Blessings. I will meet you at the end of the lesson.
* As you read through the last part of the lesson, bear witness how the ego took over and left God and you out of the picture, having us chase our tails like a puppy.
⁴That this may be accomplished, let us give a quarter of an hour twice today, and spend it with the Guide Who understands the meaning of forgiveness, and was sent to us to teach it.
⁵Let us ask of Him:
⁶Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.
15. Then choose one brother as He will direct, and catalogue his “sins,” as one by one they cross your mind.
²Be certain not to dwell on any one of them, but realize that you are using his “offenses” but to save the world from all ideas of sin.
³Briefly consider all the evil things you thought of him, and each time ask yourself, “Would I condemn myself for doing this?”
16. Let him be freed from all the thoughts you had of sin in him.
²And now you are prepared for freedom.
³If you have been practicing thus far in willingness and honesty, you will begin to sense a lifting up, a lightening of weight across your chest, a deep and certain feeling of relief.
⁴The time remaining should be given to experiencing the escape from all the heavy chains you sought to lay upon your brother, but were laid upon yourself.
17. Forgiveness should be practiced through the day, for there will still be many times when you forget its meaning and attack yourself. ²When this occurs, allow your mind to see through this illusion as you tell yourself:
³Let me perceive forgiveness as it is.
⁴Would I accuse myself of doing this?
⁵I will not lay this chain upon myself.
⁶In everything you do remember this:
⁷No one is crucified alone, and yet no one can enter Heaven by himself.
* THIS FINAL STATEMENT IS REALISTIC TO WHAT I UNDERSTAND OF THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS.
*I INVITE YOU INTO HEAVEN WITH ME.
* BLESSINGS ALL, IN ALL THINGS, AND ALL WAYS, AND ALWAYS.

* I have much love and appreciation for each of you, regardless of the costumes you think you wear or the wrongs you might believe you have done.

* OKAY, that was the problem at its core: Not seeing God and shunning His Love and Presence.
* It is all in there. You may want to review 1-14 and my comments if you forgot how to get to completely forgive the illusion and remove it from your belief system, replacing it SOLEY with Father, Son, and SPIRIT, being willing to see and hear NOTHING ELSE as real.
* The “fundamental pieces” would be the need to allow numerous persons to accept the Atoning Forgiveness all at once by an act that can be performed by the masses that people cannot help but get caught up in, AND allowing opportunities to make at least a primary step toward accountability that saves face and benefits those most hurting at this time, providing a surge of compassionate joy as burdens might be lightened among the masses not in a form of inequality or a handout but in true remembrance of equality and worthiness before Father.
* Next, I will lay out fundamental, radical, and easily obtainable actions that might be implemented to “build a solution” to the current haze upon the minds of the citizenry of the world dissipating it into oblivion that will rapidly allow us as a society, worldwide to “forget,” in a manner of speaking, the mindset it took to create the terrors that manifested due to the belief that God could be separated from His Creation.
* My visual of the solution would be a special election in a “legal, though unique” vote, and a consultation with the heads of indigenous peoples, and random representatives, therein, that they may share their thoughts on how to prepare a deal with the head of the USA that places all humans in a state of human equality with a voice for the governing and protection of the resources of the land and water and rights of the people.
* There has been talk of a stimulus package from the DOGE savings. Let it be given by the non-indigenous people to the indigenous people through a freewill vote so that each citizen can feel the deliverance of the burden of guilt at prospering at the expense of another.
* Let Americans freely release these monies to the indigenous peoples to establish an infrastructure ensuring sanitary and stable environments in their communities, and ensure educational opportunities for perpetuity.
* Allow it to be a “Freewill Restitution Package,” offered to the Native American Nations, not to compensate for the atrocities, but to recognize that they occurred and to symbolize our commitment to see that NOTHING like that ever occurs again.
* It could be an open vote, for all ages, even? Let families bring their children, so that our youth might feel their place in this offering as well, given freely on a day set aside as a holiday, perhaps as a practice run for our next governmental elections. (The fourth Friday in September, as established in South Dakota comes to mind.)
* Let us welcome the indigenous people to stand beside us as our brothers in caring for the land and deciding its use as equals; not as
“American concentration camp refugees” of an ideological United States government that moved them about as if they were cattle on the range who could not care for themselves, but as sovereign communities with voices that we need to hear that we might all grow together.
* (Let us not forget how this was done to our Asian brothers and sisters after an attack on our nation.)
* Let us ensure that those who live on this sacred land do so as equals with a voice in its governance. Let our current President, Donald J. Trump, put together a deal that has us working together, not to force anyone into the compliance of a culture, but that frees America IN GOD’s Presence from some of its darkest secrets.
* Let communities celebrate this momentous event according to the local voices. I would hope that it would not be boastful but a sincere extension of respect and courtesy from one part of the Sonship of Christ to another.
* I feel that Father has shared with me a vision that shows what true existence IN HYMN looks like, and a solution to what ails America that might unite us on the same page, to kneel before the One Original Universal Creator Who gives us equality, accountability, and sovereignty in HYMN.
* What of those who were hoping for that stimulus check to buffer the burden of poverty?
* We have some politicians who have benefited inappropriately from the loopholes and lack of communication in the government. Rather than prosecuting them individually and spending yet more taxpayer dollars, why not allow them the opportunity to offer up SIGNIFICANT donations to be placed in a fund(s) that would in perpetuity allow those with burdens of student loans, medical bills, etc. relief, instead of syphoning off resources to individual “private accounts and ideologies,” that might be drawn from and relieve some of the consequences of “separation thinking” that we see evident in America today? (I freely admit that there are legalities regarding such a situation that are beyond my awareness, at this time.)
* HOWEVER:
* EVERY DECISION that ANYONE MAKES, INCLUDING PRESIDENT PUTIN, IS FOR DEATH TO HIMSELF, OR ETERNAL LIFE TO HIMSELF AND ALL OTHERS.
* WHICHEVER YOU CHOOSE, WISH, OR ALLOW FOR ANOTHER, YOU ARE PLACING ON YOURSELF. This is the law of karma (which is separation, impossible, and delusional) or the law of GOD, which is Oneness, Inclusivity, and Equality, IE. FREEDOM FOR ALL.
* Which is made MUST be the responsibility of the individual, however, as a society we may choose to maintain a “LIGHT” or “UNDERSTANDING” on this fact, through public communications, so that ALL ARE REMINDED THAT THEY DECIDE, FOR THEMSELVES, WHETHER THEY CHOOSE DEATH OR ETERNAL LIFE. ~ This would go nicely with the campaign on the destructive implications of chemical use that President Trump has said he will implement across the nation.
* Let those who ARE incarcerated (now and in the future) and able-bodied be subject to clean-up projects of the land and waters of this earth that their sense of connection to “all that is” might have the opportunity to be reawakened.
* There is one more distinct and universal horror, well, three actually: RACISM+ (isms of any sort), INAPPROPRIATE SEXUAL CONDUCT, and THE USE OF ADDICTIVE SUBSTANCES TO DISARM AND MAKE IMMOBILE THE GOD GIVEN RIGHT TO EXERCISE ONE’S CONSCIENCE.
* There has NEVER been a race or a culture (including individual families) upon the face of this planet that has not abused and extorted these for their “supposed” benefit.
* Let the “gratuities and property” confiscated from those found using these extortion practices among the people be set aside to re-educate and care for those who have been thereby wounded wherever they are found in society. THIS WOULD MOST DEFINITELY INCLUDE THOSE WHO ARE VETERANS OF THE RESULTANT WARS THESE PRACTICES BROUGHT ABOUT.
* To those whose businesses include the (especially) destructive addictions of gambling and chemical abuse, let a portion of their profits be used for the rehabilitation of those who are overwhelmed by said addictions, if this is not already an established practice.
* THIS type of thinking would be evidence of the acceptance of the true forgiveness taught by Jesus in A Course in Miracles.
* ONLY THE LIGHT OF THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF GOD’S REALITY AND PRESENCE IS STRONG ENOUGH TO REMOVE THE RESIDUE AND RESIDUAL BULLSHIT THAT BELIEF IN SEPARATION FROM GOD HAS PLACED IN THE DELUSIONAL AND NIGHTMARISH CONSCIOUSNESS OF HIS SON.
* I offer this, not in the name of debi, but in the Name of the Father, the Son, and SPIRIT, even LOVE.
