My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 112, April 22, 2025 *My Willingness to See GOD Is What Opens My Eyes to His Joy and Peace in Me

For morning and evening review:

1. (93) Light and joy and peace abide in me.

* Light is my will, joy is the essence of life’s existence that cannot be removed, and this peace is the peace that passes all understanding because it cannot be affected by any circumstance, inside or out.

²I am the home of light and joy and peace.

* One could say that this is the essence of what you are AS PART of GOD’S SON: your will to see God, your joy in HIS REALITY, and the peace of knowing that HE is the ONE in charge and not the nightmares (no matter how comfy or glittery they may be).

* Jesus has already said that our will is God’s Will, and that would be that both exist the Father and the Son. Your faith has set you free means that you accept that God Is All That Is and nothing that is not of HYMN could be real.

³I welcome them into the home I share with God, because I am a part of Him.

* “Because I am a part of HIM.” That is a lot different than “being god” which is what the ego tells you it is.

* Whether you listen to the one you have created within you or the one you have projected that image onto, you have created an idol that replaces Father.

2. (94) I am as God created me.

* We are not the evolution of habit and thinking of our ancestors, but the essence of God Thought. Not HYMN in totality unto ourselves, even though the Whole of the Sonship of Christ resides within each of us.

* It is this Symbiotic Relationship between Father and Son that manifests Love as an exchange of abundance of all that is.

²I will remain forever as I was, created by the Changeless like Himself.

* The idea of being Changeless like Father is simply to say that NOTHING WILL BE WHAT HE, HYMNSELF, IS NOT.

* I use “HYMNSELF” to address the fact that God is the embodiment of both male and female and that HE ALONE is Worthy of Worship, because HE IS ABOVE US and not our equal, as IS the case among the Sonship of Christ.

* It is not allowing for THIS distinction that continues to keep us separated from one another AND from Father, even among students of the Course, because it was not understood or not allowed to be shared by the scribes and founders of A Course in Miracles.

* I suspect that, like today, God’s Reality was set aside so that we do not disturb the “political correctness” or equilibrium of the ego, quite frankly.

³And I am one with Him, and He with me.

* We are of the same Mind and Will. This is said by Jesus in the Course material. Being LIKE, rather than being HYMN.

3. On the hour:

²Light and joy and peace abide in me.

* Light, understanding, allowing, willing; these are all things that make us the Son and not the Father. A ray of the sun is not the sun, nor is a drop of water the ocean but they are a part of them and like them and equal in power one to another, though fully as powerful as the whole when united they are still individual parts thereof and this is where healthy boundaries are needed until all recognize Father for who He is.

³On the half hour:

⁴I am as God created me.

* Nothing changes this, and in its reality, ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE.

* For fifty years, the Course has been taught as if NOTHING is possible, including the impossibility of our error of belief in separation and what that has brought about. So, we were sent on a “wild goose chase” to eliminate all association with everything, including the Father and the Son.

* This is what stands in the way of God being SEEN today with the assistance of the teachings of Jesus, who happens to be the only one with an actual cognitive memory of Father within him as a mortal and now.

* This teaching continues in most ACIM circles and needs to be corrected.
