My thoughts* on Workbook Lesson 323 for November 17, 2024. I Gladly Make the Sacrifice of Fear

I gladly make the “sacrifice” of fear.

* I may be tempted by it, but I can deny it as real or necessary and listen to SPIRIT for direction as I do each instant anyway.

* This is the only sacrifice that we are asked to make because ALL IS OURS as a part of the Body of Christ. There is no reason to fear except for our belief in separation from God.

1. Here is the only “sacrifice” You ask of Your beloved Son; You ask him to give up all suffering, all sense of loss and sadness, all anxiety and doubt, and freely let Your Love come streaming in to his awareness, healing him of pain, and giving him Your Own eternal joy.

* You recognize your place in the Sonship of Christ.

²Such is the “sacrifice” You ask of me, and one I gladly make; the only “cost” of restoration of Your memory to me, for the salvation of the world.

2. And as we pay the debt we owe to truth,—a debt that merely is the letting go of self-deceptions and of images we worshipped falsely—truth returns to us in wholeness and in joy.

* This happens within INSTANTANEOUSLY with the witness of SPIRIT. It may take time for us to recognize that we have entered Heaven and Eternal Life but little by little with the direction of SPIRIT we will begin to see it from within ourselves.

* What we “let go of in form’ will be what were self-deceptions and beliefs that were FALSE. God, the Original, Universal Creator will show us through the SPIRIT that is within us how to do this in form or in the physical day to day (moment by moment) existence.

²We are deceived no longer.

* I would suggest that this is Jesus’ way of telling us that we will begin to see the ego stories that we are participating in and have chosen to believe without question from the very foundation of what we consider to be our society.

³Love has now returned to our awareness.

* God, the Original, Universal Creator has been allowed to be seen in our own minds.

⁴And we are at peace again, for fear has gone and only love remains.

* IF ONLY GOD IS, HOW CAN FEAR OR ANYTHING BUT LOVE REMAIN OR BE REAL?

* Free Stock Photo: I am not advocating “not” getting help if you need it. It is possible to have that very real in our story even though it holds no truth in God, the Original, Universal Creator as He created His Son (all that is). ). I understand this as part of the healing that comes with stepping into the Atonement as we heal from the belief in separation from God/Father.
