Father, today I am Your Son again.
* Amen. We NEVER were NOT. ~ Not even during our worst times. Let go of ego=god=guilt mentality and see a baby frustrated even in war and deviant behavior. WE HAVE BEEN INNOCENT AND AS GOD CREATED US BECAUSE THAT IS THE ONLY THING WE COULD BE SINCE WE WERE CREATED BY GOD.
* There was a time, before accepting the Atonement, when I was taught by the Spirit that people do INTEND TO DO HARM. THOSE WHO SAID THEY LOVED ME, EVEN.
* I was told to face that fact and put myself in a safe place because I was worth taking care of. My caretaking skills were not going to heal any wound they might have, and I needed to accept that. This was the case with my stepmother and with men especially. My love for them was not enough to make them love themselves. (Don’t take this to mean that I did not make my own share of mistakes because I did.)
* I STILL feel the need to take care of myself because I am a worthy Child of God.
* Something has shifted though. While in ego mentality where they think God is missing and they need to “BE god” they DO see themselves NOT ONLY as judge and jury but also as executioner and they will carry out these roles believing they are right in whatever form their ego has defined it.
* What has shifted is my feeling that I can “let go” in physical form. While I do need to separate myself physically and psychologically for my own “Right to Life” I understand that, as guided by God through the wholly Spirit, I will be able to continue to serve them.
* Actually, I suppose that I have always known this on some level because I am doing the work that I am doing for the WHOLE of Christ and not for any singular part of it.
1. Today we will anticipate the time when dreams of sin and guilt are gone, and we have reached the holy peace we never left.
* I am telling you, guiltless is a fantastic place to be!!!!
* I can just see some of my adult children cringing as I say that! Ha! No disrespect meant but mistakes DO NOT mean I am guilty of anything, they only mean that I am confused.
²Merely a tiny instant has elapsed between eternity and timelessness.
* I love this reflection of what time truly is!
³So brief the interval there was no lapse in continuity, nor break in thoughts which are forever unified as one.
* And to think that I can live a “walking meditation” that acknowledges this is astounding to me and precious beyond words.
⁴Nothing has ever happened to disturb the peace of God the Father and the Son.
⁵This we accept as wholly true today.
2. We thank You, Father, that we cannot lose the memory of You and of Your Love.
* Yes! Ever! He is forever with us and in us, as us,
²We recognize our safety, and give thanks for all the gifts You have bestowed on us, for all the loving help we have received, for Your eternal patience, and the Word which You have given us that we are saved.
* “Word” is an interesting word as it is used in scripture regarding Christ and by Jesus. My understanding is that it literally means “Christ,” the Son of God.
* The mere fact of BEING is the LITERAL ~ Word of God ~ and this is what we ARE as His Son! Wow!
* Let’s look at what the ego=god mentality has done to the meaning of word.
* It has been used it to support the individual, INSTEAD of the Whole Sonship AS IT DOES IN THE MIND AND WILL OF GOD.
* Within the Atonement we will grow in understanding of what this means to us. For now, suffice it to mean that the Whole Son is taken into consideration in every decision regardless of how tiny or seemingly insignificant.
