My thoughts* on ACIM Workbook Lesson 202, for July 20, 2024. I am an eternal being enjoying the time that I am spending in the body.

I am not a body.

* No, but I am an eternal being enjoying the time that I am spending in the body.

I am free.

* I am free to see life and existence as I choose to see it, not bound by anyone else’s attitude or perspective. God, the Father gave me that right and ability.

For I am still as God created me.

* God DOES EXIST, regardless of the teachings of Kenneth Wapnick. I just watched 28 minutes of a 3:44:18 program in which he denounced existence within the first 10 minutes. (See ken wapnick, posted by Cesar Knapp on YouTube 6 months ago, it had approx. 643 viewers at the time I watched it this afternoon. For some reason Cesar posted it in lower case kw, curious.) He spent a full 8–10 minutes giving stats and definitions of an author’s writing which he claimed the Course had similarity to although he had not put it to the scrutiny to see it nor would he want to.

* Within 12 minutes he had expelled both, God and Jesus to non-existence, claimed the Course was taught on many levels suggesting it was incomprehensible to the “average” person, thereby establishing himself ~ as clearly ~ the only authority on the Course material.

* Note the pragmatic approach he had to the Course even after “25 years” of exposure to it.

* It was interesting to note that I felt the teachings of the LDS Church as I experienced them when watching that program. It was kind of creepy!

1. (182) I will be still an instant and go home.

* All I have to do is BE STILL and quiet all the voices I have allowed to tell me who I am and I will hear God’s Voice in the Holy Spirit call me Home.

²Why would I choose to stay an instant more where I do not belong, when God Himself has given me His Voice to call me home?

* How could Ken teach this and defy God all along the way? I suppose that the other 3 hours and 14 minutes of that program would show me but I am not interested in going there. I have seen enough.

³I am not a body.

* And yet I have a body that I may think of as a tool loaned to me by God to use for the delightful expression of existence AT THIS TIME. In other words, ENJOY IT!

⁴I am free.

* Free to choose to be trapped by my ‘stories’ in chaos and confusion or to rest blissfully in the Arms of my Heavenly Father, aware of my breath and the breeze on my face blessed in His Presence as His Son (knowing I am a part thereof).

⁵For I am still as God created me.

* A representation of His Love and Kindness.
