My thoughts* on ACIM Urtext Lesson 177, for June 25, 2024. There is no death. (None. A change of form does not equal death.)

God is but Love, and therefore so am I.

1. (163) There is no death.

* None. A change of form does not equal death.

* In fact, it celebrates Eternal Life in the sense that one may be who, and what, and where they chose to be according to the best needs of the WHOLE as determined by God AND the individual alone. And I am speaking of “a change in form,” not death because death is a word with no meaning.

* THAT being a fact does NOT in ANY WAY say that killing another is okay, good, or anything like that!

* We tend to think there is that which is good that is okay to exist, often because it keeps us from something we consider a nuisance or ‘evil.’ Think of mosquitoes and the bug-eating critters and birds. Yet, our ‘good’ is seen only through the eyes of what prevents or takes of that which bothers us. GOD’s Reality IN OUR Existence LEAVES ROOM FOR ONLY GOOD, ONLY JOY, and ONLY LOVE. THIS is where I choose to exist.

²The Son of God is free.

* Free to what? FREE to BE. Free to express existence in a way that feels right to him as INSPIRED by the Holy Spirit. We need to learn to trust this in others as well as ourselves.

³God is but Love, and therefore so am I.

2. (164) Now are we one with Him Who is our Source.

* I like the idea of using this as an expression of, or way of thinking of our PRESENT, our NOW, indeed Our Holy Instant.

²God is but Love, and therefore so am I.

Till next time, God bless, debi.
