The world I see holds nothing that I want.
* Anything that I see needs to be seen as the Whole Sonship since it is the ego=god world that makes me think separation exists. I am One With the flower from pexels free stock photos. 
* Right. But it does hold the attention of those who I would love to have join me in Heaven, well actually they are already Here and just do not know it. Perhaps I am NOT to take any active role in that outside my inner world? I am not certain.
* The Holy Spirit seems to be teaching me the subtleties of this experience. Let’s continue and see what He shares with us.
1. The world you see holds nothing that you need to offer you; nothing that you can use in any way, nor anything at all that serves to give you joy.
* The best times I have with my fella are when God’s Creation is seen or when God’s Love is expressed through him. I know this, though it might make him feel as if he is somehow ‘unimportant’ in the equation. That couldn’t be further from the truth but if he has not accepted the brotherhood and unity understanding of the Atonement he may not see it that way.
* Belief in lack and hopelessness unite bodies that believe they are powerless in the world’s events. This siphons off energy like stealing gas from a vehicle and does not allow a connection with the truth that brings only happiness, joy, and peace. How can that mentality and the reality of God reconcile?
1. The world you see holds nothing that you need to offer you; nothing that you can use in any way, nor anything at all that serves to give you joy. (*I thought you might need a repeat.)
²Believe this thought, and you are saved from years of misery, from countless disappointments, and from hopes that turn to bitter ashes of despair.
* Part of me says, “As sweet as my time has been with him I would not lose anything if I were to walk away if he has no desire to strengthen his witness of God and our bond, or if he wants to hold fast to things that promote lack or belief in suffering like gambling and letting others feed off of his sympathies.” Another says that, “Perhaps my affiliation with him allows me to find expression for what the world needs to hear right now and my responsibility is to hold space for the witness that he could ONLY BE GOD and His LOVE and nothing else.” The first leans into my old understanding when I thought ‘fair’ was something this world could express. The second says that body, time, and story have no bearing or hold on one who knows that God IS and that I have NO NEEDS because God IS and I am a part of His Sonship that is Christ.
* THIS is what I suspect that Jesus means when he says to set aside the ego and be the Light that Christ IS. I KNOW the second thought is true even though the first may seem tempting for a moment. ~ and I have a witness from the Holy Spirit that he is my best ‘teacher of truths’ and help me with the work I have dedicated myself to. ‘Nuff said deb, move on! 
³No one but must accept this thought as true, if he would leave the world behind and soar beyond its petty scope and little ways.

2. Each thing you value here is but a chain that binds you to the world, and it will serve no other end but this.
²For everything must serve the purpose you have given it, until you see a different purpose there.
³The only purpose worthy of your mind this world contains is that you pass it by, without delaying to perceive some hope where there is none.
* I constantly need this reminder at this time as I begin to allow humanity (in form) to be a part of my existence again rather than running away from it. I suspect that the witness of truth will become more ingrained in my thinking as I walk forward and that the reminders will not need to be so bold as I simply accept the truth as knowledge. I have done this with other principles such as giving thanks to God for all that comes my way. Well, maybe I have some work to do on what I consider negative, eh? Lol, “Give thanks to God, deb.” “Okay.”
⁴Be you deceived no more.
⁵The world you see holds nothing that you want.
*Amen. Yet, do not lose the fact that you are hear to bear witness to God’s Love for His Son, NO MATTER WHAT. Hmm.
3. Escape today the chains you place upon your mind when you perceive salvation here.
* Behavior correction will not necessarily come with the intellectual witness of truth. Give yourself and OTHERS time to evolve.
²For what you value you make part of you as you perceive yourself.
* In other words, what you value becomes the essence of your identity in your own mind.
* If I demand a certain behavior that ‘honors my “special” relationship with him as my fella,’ instead of focusing on my role as a Witness that he and others could ONLY BE GOD’s LOVE, I deny the Reality of God’s Existence and teach MYSELF that I could lack. ~ I do not want to do this and, boy, was that sentence challenging to write!
³All things you seek to make your value greater in your sight limit you further, hide your worth from you, and add another bar across the door that leads to true awareness of your Self.
4. Let nothing that relates to body thoughts delay your progress to salvation, nor permit temptation to believe the world holds anything you want to hold you back.
²Nothing is here to cherish.
³Nothing here is worth one instant of delay and pain; one moment of uncertainty and doubt.
⁴The worthless offer nothing.
⁵Certainty of worth can not be found in worthlessness.
5. Today we practice letting go all thought of values we have given to the world.
* I just experienced a systems glitch as I was writing about letting go of the idea of fairness which may be related to the idea of ‘holding a grudge.’ I like to pay special attention when that happens because it seems to be when I am sharing a distinct idea that will help in the shift of our United Consciousness.
²We leave it free of purposes we gave its aspects and its phases and its dreams.
³We hold it purposeless within our minds, and loosen it from all we wish it were.
⁴Thus do we lift the chains that bar the door to freedom from the world, and go beyond all little values and diminished goals.
* It sounds like we basically give the idea of who and what we are back to God.
6. Pause and be still a little while, and see how far you rise above the world, when you release your mind from chains and let it seek the level where it finds itself at home.
²It will be grateful to be free a while.
³It knows where it belongs.
⁴But free its wings, and it will fly in sureness and in joy to join its holy purpose.
⁵Let it rest in its Creator, there to be restored to sanity, to freedom and to love.
7. Give it ten minutes rest three times today.
²And when your eyes are opened afterwards, you will not value anything you see as much as when you looked at it before.
³Your whole perspective on the world will shift by just a little, every time you let your mind escape its chains.
⁴The world is not where it belongs.
⁵And you belong where it would be, and where it goes to rest when you release it from the world.
⁶Your Guide is sure.
⁷Open your mind to Him.
⁸Be still and rest.
8. Protect your mind throughout the day as well.
²And when you think you see some value in an aspect or an image of the world, refuse to lay this chain upon your mind, but tell yourself with quiet certainty:
³This will not tempt me to delay myself.
⁴The world I see holds nothing that I want.
