Today I learn the law of love; that what I give my brother is my gift to me.
* This IS the law of love: What I give my brother is my gift to me.
* I want to offer him complete absolution/forgiveness for the belief in separation AND any of its consequences in any time, dimension, or lineage.
* Beyond this, anything in form, courtesy, or awareness is given back to the Whole that is Christ. Because this is how God Gives. And it happens to be multiplied. How could we not sing praises for such a reality?
1. This is Your law, my Father, not my own.
* THAT Which IS Love created us. It is this acknowledgment that gives us a witness of our own identity and value.
²I have not understood what giving means, and thought to save what I desired for myself alone.
* This is a big deal in the realm of the physical where we believe that we “possess” individually.
* Truth is, everything is shared with all that is because this is how the Creator established it.
* I do not think this means that we are ready for “communal living” as soon as we accept the Atonement. I think that we want to allow the Holy Spirit/Inner Guidance to direct us one step at a time into a place where we may “open up” to what “extending love” truly is.
* While in the Universal Plan of Salvation that will bring the Whole Mind of Christ to the remembrance of Himself and the Father, we need not judge where we are. We ONLY want to look to the Holy Spirit for Guidance FROM WHERE WE ARE RIGHT NOW.
* We want to be gentle with ourselves and with those around us. Even about our “not being gentle with ourselves.” Here, again, is where knowing that there is a “Loving Father” Guiding us we find comfort and the will to continue because we know that “Someone Bigger Than Us” is looking out for our well-being.
³And as I looked upon the treasure that I thought I had, I found an empty place where nothing ever was or is or will be.
* Wow. I cannot lose what I never had.
⁴Who can share a dream?
⁵And what can an illusion offer me?
⁶Yet he whom I forgive will give me gifts beyond the worth of anything on earth.
⁷Let my forgiven brothers fill my store with Heaven’s treasures, which alone are real.
* Unity, completeness, and witness of the Love that you ARE would be some of the attributes that I understand to be Heaven.
⁸Thus is the law of love fulfilled.
⁹And thus Your Son arises and returns to You.
2. How near we are to one another, as we go to God.
²How near is He to us.
³How close the ending of the dream of sin, and the redemption of the Son of God.
* Let us take one another by the hand and end the dream of sin.
