My thoughts* on ACIM Urtext Lesson 275 for 2 October 2023.

God’s healing Voice protects all things today.

* God’s Voice IS the Holy Spirit.

1. Let us today attend the Voice for God, which speaks an ancient lesson, no more true today than any other day.

²Yet has this day been chosen as the time when we will seek and hear and learn and understand.

³Join me in hearing.

⁴For the Voice for God tells us of things we cannot understand alone, nor learn apart.

* The Holy Spirit preserves All That Is as ONE WHOLE pure and undefiled as God created it.

⁵It is in this that all things are protected.

* Don’t think that means that your body will not die if you fall out of a 10-story building.

⁶And in this the healing of the Voice for God is found.

* If there is one thing that Christianity has camouflaged in the teachings of Jesus it is the relationship that we are able to have with the Holy Spirit.

2. Your healing Voice protects all things today, and so I leave all things to You.

* It is all yours, Father.

²I need be anxious over nothing.

* I may not “need to” but that does not mean that I will not have feelings about things. Especially, as the Holy Spirit takes me out of the mental configurations of the ego that have entrapped me in a false fear. This can take years, even once one has accepted the Atonement. Remember that we have a lot of time in the belief of separation and the SUPREMACY of the ego.

³For Your Voice will tell me what to do and where to go; to whom to speak and what to say to him, what thoughts to think, what words to give the world.

* Hallelujah!!! This is something I am very very grateful for!!! And, something that I am still learning to trust.

⁴The safety that I bring is given me.

* If there is anything that I would have enhanced in my belief system it would be that God IS and just what that means. In that place, I release all that is from any thought of revenge or compensation from any debt or offense incurred.

* Incurred: become subject to (something unwelcome or unpleasant) as a result of one’s own behavior or actions:

“I will pay any expenses incurred”

⁵Father, Your Voice protects all things through me.

* Father, Your Voice tells me that any injustice or lack HAS TO BE AN IMPOSSIBILITY.
